bonjour and konnichiwa !!!

Our lovely cousin Edalin gave us a 2D1N holiday voucher in Berjaya Hills. After some quick planning, we drove there after lunch via MRR2 (quite jammed that Sat afternoon) then hop onto Karak hiway. It took us almost 1 hour and half to reach our destination.

We checked in using the voucher which was transfered to dash's name. Ground floor Fuschia, room 6003. The reception went fine. The porter showed the direction to our room. Expecting a nice queen bed for a bedroom suite, I was surprised after there was no bed after opening the door using the magnetic slide key card. It's a living room, completed with sofa set and dining table! Then I saw a study table, then I saw a full size fridge, a sink and fully furnished kitchen! Where is the bed? It's inside another room, which is the bedroom + closet + spacious bathroom. The suite has 2 balconies, facing the hills and greens. Lovely!

We rest for a few minutes, then decided to go around the lovely Colmar town. Beside the Fuschia block was a performance stage. We went right, heading to the tower. The tower has 3 levels which you can have option to climb the wooden stairs or take the elevator up. It's a very nice scenery of the little town, the golf course and the mountains. We went down the tower and walk across Colmar Square, a wishing well, a fountain, towards the clock tower. The town design is majestic, wonderful. Feel like I was really in France.

We take the shuttle bus to Japanese Tea Garden. Hiking the ascending path towards the tatami house. With RM20 each rental fee, we covered ourself in a pair of kimono each. Since we were just watching Bleach - The memories of nobody, I tied a 1m long red ribbon on my pony tail. Just to look cute, as Senna =P . The photo shoot session, yeah yeah.. so called cam-whoring. hehehehe...

We get back to Colmar hotel before it went dark (I don't want to miss Shin Chan on ntv7). Resting and refreshing ourselves, and get ready for dinner. The dinner were delayed because we were taken away by the beauty of the nite scenery and views of the town. Not to mention the stage show by the Hollywood stars.. they were awesome. Great performance. We miss the buffet and had late ala-carte dinner at La Blason. A Romantic late dinner.

Next morning schedule was to get up early and take sunrise shots since we miss the sunset (I was watching Shin Chan). But the cool breeze of the hills, make us curl in the blanket and only wake up for complimentary breakfast buffet at 7.30am. After breakfast, we continue our visit to Botanical garden via shuttle service. The botanical garden was HUGE + RAIN FOREST. Feel like in the middle of Amazon. We hurried back to hotel to check-out before 12noon. If not, half day room rate will be charged. After check-out, we took shuttle service to Rabbit Park. Return from Rabbit Park at 2pm and we drove down the hills.

Oh ya... u want to see photos right? Sure.. we have 433 photos for you to browse. Enjoy the photos!!

Digital Dream

Mydream
What the hell ??
Yeah, believe it or not.. this is how my dream looks like.
Is it categorized as sweet dreams? NO. Pleasant? NO. Tiring? YES.
Because when I get this kind of dream, my brain starts working, analyzing, finding the best solutions.
How did I get this kind of dream? It happens when I stuck at some algorithm / logic/ coding that not work during programming in the office. The problem will be memorized by my brain and it continue finding solution during my sleep.
What will I do if I get this kind of dream?  Wait until I dream of the solution of the problem, open my eyes, and jot it down some where so that I can go back to sleep.
And as the results, I will woke up with panda eyes next morning, sleepless night.
Since programming can come in multi languages, so do my dreams. PHP, JAVA, HTML, AJAX, VB all coming in. *sigh*
Can I avoid from getting this kind of dreams? Sometimes YES. By solving all the problems/ algorithms/ logics during working hours and make sure that I'm not stuck at any codes. How I solve it, I don't know - ask SiFu (so that he gets the same dream too, mwehehehe) or search the Net.

Since when did this happen? As long as I can remember, I start dreaming of the solution in sleep when I stuck/ having problem in solving Additional Mathematics (the unforgivable Add Maths) during Form 4 and Form 5. My brain will continue to find the solution for Add Maths questions even though I was asleep. Normally I will wake up, mamai while writting down the answer, then get back to sleep. When I wake up the next morning, I can't really recall how the hell I get that answer. Same goes to test/ exams questions. The night after the test/ exam, if I was unlucky, I will get a dream that gives the answer. SHIT! Why didn't I get it before the exam? And as usual, the answer that I pick during the exam was wrong.

I know there are other programmers out there have this kind of dream. All my programmer friends get this type of dream sometimes, but most of them can't remember it. All we see is the source code.

Happily ever after
