GoodBye 2007, Hello 2008

It's almost at the end of 2007. Looking back into my 2007 planner, a lot of things and plans are completed. Here is just the summary of it.

Jan 2007
- bos blanja Jogoya, Star Hill
- give hints to both parents about my big plan

Feb 2007
- lost my suitecase together with documents for applying marriage licence.
- re-seat the course and obtain all the documents required.
- order wedding invitation cards.

Mar 2007
- proceed with the plan even though Dash has to go to Ho Chi Minh City.
- take HIV test after Dash return and settle 20% of the documents required.
- rush here and there chasing Imam to settle all the required forms.
- wedding invitation cards are ready.

Apr 2007
- gather addresses and post wedding invitations.
- book wedding photographer.
- book accommodation for guests.
- final preparation for everything.
- planning for honeymoon in Redang Island.
- settle for catering payment.

May 2007
- wedding day: make sure everything works as planned
- honeymoon and celebrating my birthday in Redang Island: as planned
- another wedding day: as planned
- combining house

Jun 2007
- book a lorry to move to another house
- bought myself a new camera
- busy with TransMy Robotcon and gathering
- moving to a new house
- Premier Transformers movie & movie marathon

Jul 2007
- busy with CMMI audit and appraisal
- order Merdeka buntings
- busy with exhibition

Aug 2007
- get a broadband for home
- job interview
- finish all unfinished project coding
- settle for resign letter
- TransMy BBQ
- Merdeka celebration in Penang and Perak

Sep 2007
- settle for projects handover
- plan for a birthday surprise
- goodbye mapit, hello mocome

Oct 2007
- busy with Raya and open houses
- learn new things in office
- busy with new work assignment

Nov 2007
- deepavali, anniversary and open house
- planning for Singapore trip
- busy with job

Dec 2007
- Singapore trip
- busy with job (not much tasks actually, just surfing)
- planning for 2008 plans =)

So, wishing all Happy New Year, Happy Holiday and have a great 2008 year ahead. See ya in 2008.

I need a break

Christmas Shopping

It's December and we're off to Singapore again for Christmas Shopping. We went by midnite KTM train from KL Central and reached Singapore the next morning. Results: Backache - coz we just can get Superior Seats, not Superior bed.

After settled for the place to doze off that nite, we went to Chinatown collectors' heavens, and Dash bought a DinoZone (it's a dinasour skeleton that can transform into a robot). Then off we go to Orchard Road Shopping galore, climbing up Takashimaya shopping complex and Dash grabbed a 1/400 RX-78 + Dendrobium + Nuel Ziel Gundam box. Then across the street, climbing up The Paragon, into Toys R Us Express. 1 cute looking Mr. Optimash Prime was counted into bill. The rest, we just drooling over Transformers which we can't afford to buy. *Sigh*

The next day, before catching our train back to KL, we dropped by Bugis Street and bought nothing (souvenir? Naaaah.... this is toy hunting, not a holiday, u know?)
Before we get into the train, we must pass the immigration. Oh ya, 30% tax for the toys unless u stay more than 3 days (bringing into Malaysia). The officer just charge S$10, coz it's Christmas season. That's the spirit! Ho! Ho! Ho!

p/s: How much tax is Santa gonna pay for all the toys in that sack, when he reached Malaysian Immigration anyway?
